The challenge
Learning content existed in one place and was completed in another. Completion was tracked, but nothing showed whether anyone had understood what they had read.
The approach
We designed the journeys around how people actually study, in short blocks with a clear next step. Content lives with the journey rather than beside it, and the platform adapts what it shows based on progress.

What changed
Completion rose because the material was easier to return to, and the teams running the programmes can see where learners struggle rather than only where they stop.
